How secure is my personal information?
WoodenLapDesk™ uses industry standard privacy protection; we don't sell, lease or otherwise distribute any personal customer information. What's more, all sensitive personal information is kept securely offline at our datacenter.
My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS or UPS tracking system.
Do you ship in all countries?
At this moment we only ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and France. Our warehouses are located in these 4 countries.
When will I receive my items?
Our items are processed and are shipped in around 7 days, depending on your location.
Where are my items coming from?
We currently have four warehouses where our products are shipped from. Your item will be shipped from one of these warehouses. They are located in the United States, United Kingdom, France, and Australia. Please be mindful of the difference in delivery times depending on which warehouse your item is shipped from.
